Throughout the years I have learned a lot from the Microsoft Dynamics community, especially from people that took the time to explain “How to … ” and “Step by Step … “. Now, after 10 years of working with Microsoft Dynamics, I believe it is the time to share my knowledge in some areas of Dynamics 365.
Why XRM 360?
From my perspective, xRM (eXtended Relationship Management) is on one hand a framework that covers all components of Dynamics 365 (UI, database engine, reporting engine and workflow engine) and on the other hand, all the possibilities of customizing and extending the platform to build applications that go beyond the area of CRM.
When it comes to core business applications, there are many providers that can offer remarkable solutions however, very often, the success of an application lays with team making the implementation. Commitment, leadership, professionalism and vision and can narrow the gap between the projected added value and the actual return on investment.
In my posts, I will try to present well-balanced solutions from an application landscape, simplicity and cost perspective. I believe the biggest challenge in the Dynamics 365 word is not having a working solution / application, is to make it simple, intuitive, maintainable and cost efficient.
